REALIZING IDEAS -
TOGETHER FROM START TO FINISH
Idea or fully developed documentation, sketch or finished 3D data set.
Together, we bring your product to life.
Consulting for metal molded parts
Whether it's complex components, series production, or special solutions—every project starts with in-depth, personalized consulting. Together, we'll find the optimal solution for your project. Technically feasible, economically viable, and implementable on schedule.
Understanding requirements:
The idea phase
It all starts with the idea phase: Together, we analyze your requirements, such as areas of application, component geometry, strength, weight, or surface quality, and select the appropriate manufacturing process. This is how a rough idea is turned into a feasible solution.
Material consulting:
The right metal for your molded part
An important aspect here is the selection of the right material. Whether steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or special alloys—we provide independent advice with a view to function, costeffectiveness, and durability. The choice of the optimal metal not only influences the quality of the final component, but also the manufacturing costs and machining processes.
Manufacturing process:
Choosing the right technology
Not every component can be produced economically using every process. That is why we check which technology best suits your design or requirements. Whether it is investment casting, die casting, gravity casting, forging, or mechanical manufacturing. Our goal is to harmonize form, function, and production.
Design consulting:
Idea meets reality
We carry out a feasibility study at an early stage: Is the component technically feasible in its planned form? What adjustments would be useful in order to optimally coordinate function, quality, and manufacturing costs? This is precisely where the value of technical consulting on an equal footing becomes apparent—we think along with you and beyond.
Interface consulting:
Design meets purchasing
Purchasing and design do not always speak the same language – we translate.
This is because both departments often pursue different goals:
- Design thinks about function, load capacity, and technical feasibility.
- Purchasing looks at costs, delivery times, and profitability.
Both perspectives are important – but the challenge lies in bringing them together. This is exactly where we come in. We see ourselves as the link between the two sides. We listen, mediate, translate technical requirements into economical solutions – and vice versa. The end result is a component that is technically convincing, can be manufactured economically, and satisfies both sides.
MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
STAINLESS STEEL INVESTMENT CASTING
STAINLESS STEEL INVESTMENT CASTING
The "investment casting using the lost wax process" manufacturing process enables the production of high-precision, complex, and detailed metal components by surrounding a wax model with a special mold, then melting out the wax and filling the resulting hollow mold with molten metal (stainless steel/aluminum). Investment casting is used in almost all industrial sectors.
ALUMINUM CASTING
PROCESS
ALUMINUM CASTING PROCESS
Generic term for various processes used to manufacture cast parts from aluminum, e.g., die casting, sand casting, gravity die casting, or low-pressure die casting. Aluminum casting offers a good balance of weight, strength, and corrosion resistance—ideal for automotive and lightweight construction applications.
SAND CASTING
SAND CASTING
Flexible casting process in which molds are made from sand and then filled with liquid metal (stainless steel/aluminum). Well suited for large and heavy components, individual pieces, or small series. Advantage: relatively low tooling costs.
DROP-FORGED PARTS
DROP-FORGED PARTS
In die forging, metal is pressed under high pressure into a preformed die (the die). Result: extremely resilient components with high strength and a fiber-oriented structure – ideal for safety-related applications, for example in the automotive or aviation industry, as well as in mechanical engineering.
MACHINING
MACHINING
Includes processes such as turning, milling, or drilling, in which material is removed by cutting. Ideal for precise parts with excellent volume quality, post-processing of cast or forged parts, or small series with high requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION
ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION
Assembly manufacturing is the process of manufacturing complex products from several individual parts that are assembled in defined assembly sequences to create functional systems or components.
