The choice of the optimal metal not only influences the quality of the final component, but also the manufacturing costs and machining processes.

Not every component can be produced economically using every process. That is why we check which technology best suits your design or requirements. Whether it is investment casting, die casting, gravity casting, forging, or mechanical manufacturing. Our goal is to harmonize form, function, and production. 

We carry out a feasibility study at an early stage: Is the component technically feasible in its planned form? What adjustments would be useful in order to optimally coordinate function, quality, and manufacturing costs?
