1. Management systems & quality
Quality management (DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, DIN EN ISO 3834-2, Directive 2014/68/EU)
We work in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 to ensure the reliability of structures, processes, and results. This is supplemented by industry-specific certification of welding quality in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3834 and conformity with Directive 2014/68/EU for pressure-bearing applications. This ensures that quality remains reproducible throughout the entire life cycle.
Environmental management (DIN EN ISO 14001:2015)
Our environmental management system, certified according to DIN EN ISO 1400, provides the basis for setting goals, implementing measures, and reviewing progress. This ensures that environmental and legal compliance requirements are systematically met.
Energy management (DIN EN ISO 50001:2018)
Since its initial certification in 2011 by TÜV Nord, energy management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001 has formed the basis for recording energy consumption in a targeted manner, identifying potential and measurably reducing emissions. The system supports transparency and continuous improvement.
TISAX® - Information Security
TISAX® is based on ISO/IEC 27001 and addresses the requirements of the automotive industry. The certified implementation protects information and development content along the value chain.
2. Sustainability & Compliance
CSR Compliance / Supplier Code of Conduct
We take international conventions, national laws, embargoes, and property rights into account and implement our management systems in a binding manner. This compliance covers the required points on sustainability; we avoid additional questionnaires, portals, or signatures in order to reduce the amount of work involved.
Sustainability rating
The external assessment of our sustainability performance underpins our commitment to meeting the requirements in a measurable way.
Recognized platforms such as EcoVadis, SAQ 5.0 (Supplier Assurance), IntegrityNext, and Envoria create transparency and comparability for our business partners.
ESG/DNK-reports
The ESG/DNK report bundles key figures and measures relating to the environment, social issues, and governance—in a structured, relevant, and comparable manner. Historical reports are available via the links provided.
LkSG-Report
Complex value creation requires systematic risk management – both internally and with partners. The first report in accordance with the LkSG will be published in 2025 for the year 2024 and will document processes, responsibilities, and measures.

CO₂ emissions balance sheet
We use the CO₂ footprint as a key tool for assessing greenhouse gas emissions. In addition to the overall view, we examine processes in detail; the final stage of development is the product balance sheet for Scope 1–3.
Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism
CBAM imposes an EU-level CO₂ price on imported goods, prevents carbon leakage, and promotes fair competition. We prepare the legal requirements – including authorization as a “customs declarant for CBAM certificates.”
Material compliance (DE/EN)
We comply with globally applicable material requirements (e.g., REACH, RoHS, POP; PFAS regime where applicable) and thus contribute to health and environmental protection. Confirmations are available in German and English.
Compliance with EU sanctions rules
Compliance with relevant EU sanctions requirements is confirmed and documented in two languages. This ensures that trade restrictions are addressed transparently.
100% Green Electricity (Climate Certificate)
We purchase 100% certified green electricity for our most energy-intensive site. This reduces emissions directly at the heart of production.
