Our systems support the most common and widely used CAD formats, DWG and DXF, ensuring smooth data exchange and seamless integration of design files. • Optical Inspections (GOM/Zeiss): Advanced optical measurement systems such as GOM and Zeiss allow us to analyze surface properties and shape accuracy with exceptional precision.
• Gauge Inspections: Using specialized gauges, we ensure that all components meet technical requirements and fit perfectly.
• Magnetic Particle Inspection: This non-destructive test detects surface flaws and cracks in magnetizable materials.
• Dye Penetrant Testing: Used to reveal cracks or defects on component surfaces by applying a penetrant fluid that highlights imperfections visually.
• Pressure Drop Testing: We verify component tightness by monitoring pressure loss to ensure no leaks are present.
• Visual Inspections: Comprehensive visual checks are conducted regularly to quickly identify defects or irregularities.

• Inspection Plans for Suppliers and Incoming Goods: Each production step and supplier is governed by detailed inspection plans. Our incoming goods inspection ensures that every component meets the required specifications before entering production.

We use computer-aided systems that allow us to precisely monitor all key milestones in the production process. All components are shipped directly from our facility in Gummersbach, Germany. We take full responsibility for logistics and ensure smooth processing up to our local warehouse. This enables us to guarantee fast delivery, consistent quality, and efficient inventory management.
